Day Programme
- Doors open at 11am
- Competition
day starts with the introduction of your hosts, Gordon and Sarah and
your team of Judges at 11.45 promptly followed at 12.00 with the
competitors pairing up for the first heats of
Dance With A Stranger
- The competition starts with the 1st Heat of DWAS at 12.30pm
- The
heats for all categories continue
for the whole day with regular freestyle
breaks
for the competitors to cool down and the spectators to warm
up
- The break for dinner is at 6.30pm
- The Finals commence at 8pm
- Freestyle
- The Awards
and presentations for the winners and runners up for each of the
competition categories will commence at 9.30pm, hosted by your MC
Gordon with presentations of medals and prizes made by Sarah and
Gordon
- Freestyle
starts straight after the awards and goes through
until 1.00am Sunday morning.
This evening will be full of excitement of the pending
competition, meeting up of old friends, challenging dancers and awesome DJ music by Sally & Gordon Pownall
- The spectators
now have their chance to try
out some of the finals tracks from the days competition categories
as well as enjoy a mix of music with your Music Director Sally Pownall aka DJ Bunnie
- FREE Tea, Coffee and Hot Choc
in the evening until 12 midnight
