competition tracks being played to whet your appetite. The perfect opportunity to try out the floor, soak up the buzzing
atmosphere and observe the opposition.

Gordon Pownall competitions will run throughout the afternoon and early evening,
finishing around 8.30pm with the awards. There will be regular slots of
freestyle music for everyone interspersed throughout the competition
rounds.
Entry is £22 per person if booked in advance, £25 on the door and
includes entry to the competition Finals and Freestyle |

The Big Day boasts ten Titles along with
cash prizes up for grabs.
New for 2009 are
the Advanced and the Air Step categories.

DJ Bunnie, the BritRock Music
Director for the past 6 years is once again selecting the music for
our competitors. As usual, you can expect a fabulous variety of
inspirational tracks designed to get the best out of all the
competitors and to challenge each couple or trio into really giving
their top performances.
Sally’s choice of music is legendary and over the years has
delighted the crowds and competitors alike.

Finals and Freestyle - Sat 23rd October
7pm until 1am
This is a time for all competitors and sore handed
spectators to let their hair down! And enjoy the evening
celebrations with brilliant music and dancing from DJ’s and more of
the fabulous Retroactive until 1am.
Entry
to the freestyle evening which commences at 8.00pm, is £10 in advance
or £12 on the door.
Please do not arrive prior to 8.00pm as entry will not be permitted
before this time. |
BritRock '09 is completely independent and open to
everyone.
Whether you compete, dance, spectate or all
three, you are guaranteed a brilliant day.
